One Day Retreats are an excellent opportunity to take the whole day away from your responsibilities for deep, rejuvenating rest and greater understanding of your own growth and personal development through TM.
The schedule will include:
Additional group practice of TM, with easy-to-practice Maharishi Yoga Asanas™, and a simple breath technique called Pranayama, as well as enriching knowledge discussions and talks. These gentle mind/body programs are effective in helping to remove deeper stresses and strains, smoothing the way to deeper TM practice.
